Job Description

• Handle Full Set of Accounts (From GL, AR, Bank Recon, director claims, Petty Cash Recon to AP) 
• Perform all banking related duties.
• Ensure proper and timely month end closing.
• Attending to phone calls in office and directing enquiries to particular team.
• Good communication with all level of colleagues.
• Liaise with external party (Auditors, bankers, company secretary, customers, suppliers & government departments)
• Detailed, multi tasking and good working attitude is a must.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Academic- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy /Having exam for professional will be an added advantage. 
• Language: English,Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.
• Experience: Prior working experience is an advantage. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. 
• Computer Skill: MYOB/SQL/Autocount, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive will be added advantage. Must have basic computer skill.
• Applicants must be willing to work in PJ/KL
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work extra time if needed.
