Job Description

• Overall in charge of company’s Admin, HR, Accounts & Finance. 
• Responsibility for prepare monthly and annual closing.
• Identify, investigate, and analyse potential operational improvement within the accounting department (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
• Responsible for the Company’s statutory filing, tax compliance and legislation 
• Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the organization and ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely in line with legislative requirements
• Manage with third party auditor, bankers, tax agents & company secretary.
• Revision of internal standard operating procedures and policies
• Review and ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, relevant statutory (Tax, Socso and EPF) handling, submission and payment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting department.
• Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, team player.
• Aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines.
• Have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
• Strong experience in preparation of statutory accounts.
• Project accounts background will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Proficiency in Autocount accounting software.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and high pace environment.
• Self motivated and independent.
• Ability to read and write Chinese will be an advantage.
