Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries and follow up.
  • Reply and solve customer daily enquiries and after sale services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage and grow community group.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments by management.
  • Extra incentives will be given based on performance and attitude.
  • Monthly team building meals.

Job Requirements
