Job Description

To develop Finance Policy and SOP
To be responsible for overall financial management and day to day bookkeeping of the company
To be responsible for supervising and maintaining full set of accounts independently
To assist Company Secretary and Tax agent on matters pertaining to Company Tax and Audit.
To assist and monitor all company debts/revenue
To be the main person as to liaison with Company Secretary
To be responsible for budget tracking and variance analysis of expenditure against budget.
To support forecast and budgeting process
To be responsible on preparation of monthly financial statement including P&L
To be responsible on preparation of bank reconciliation, balance sheet for internal and external audit
To supervise the tracking invoice and processing of payments.
To supervise the performance of month end closing.
To supervise subordinate and making sure all work been delivered smoothly

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher education with similar background required
5-10 years of experience in account management
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
Ability to think out of the box and eager to work as to achieve high standard of company expectation
Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Posses Charted Accountant Cert will be an added advantage
