Job Description

• Write creative and different styles of content for online and offline mediums including social media campaigns and websites.
• Re-purpose and optimize existing content for digital channels. 
• Plan and write creative content on a frequent and regular basic for all social media platforms.
• Working closely with subject matters experts and customers to develop compelling messages and content that enhance our brand voice that connect us to both current and potential customers.
• Identify trends and insight, optimize ads settings and performance based on insight. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to create leads, landing sites, digital journeys and optimize user experience.
• Building a following for brand on social media platforms (e.g. You Tube, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram) with your creative work. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years content creation and editing experience (web content, blogs, campaigns, social media and white papers) in any field related to Marketing Communications, Publishing, Journalism and Media.
• Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Education/Teaching/Training or other related field is required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop/Spark Video/Creative Suite is an added advantage.
• Ability to succinctly write creative copy using a variety of tones.
• Excellent communication skills and writing capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all content aligns with internal style guide.
• Self starter, highly motivated to succeed under minimal supervision.
• Can work under pressure within tight deadlines.
• A forward-thinking team player who works collaboratively on a team, manage communication requests, coordinate schedules and meet tight deadlines.
• Have the ability to think outside the box and work independently.
• Required language: English
