About The Job

What You'll Do:
  • Write creative and different styles of content for online and offline mediums including digital campaigns, social media campaigns, emails, and websites. 
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop compelling content to enhance our brand voice. 
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it 
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure the consistency of content produced across initiatives/campaigns. 
  • Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions. 
  • Creating & preparing video transcripts
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels.
  • Identify trends and insight, optimize ads settings and performance based on insight.
  • Building a following for brand on social media platforms (e.g. You Tube, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram) with creative work.  

Job Requirements

The Skills You'll Bring to The Table:
  •  A marketing mindset in the creation of digital content including email copy, social media, article, and various other material 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with employees at all levels. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and translate ideas and concepts into professional communication product; have strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines. 
  • Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Education/Teaching/Training or other related field is required. 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), skills in Adobe Photoshop/Spark Video/Creative Suite and Illustrator is an added advantage. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising paid media campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Solid understanding performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Up to date with latest trends and best practices in social media channel.
  • Required language: English
