Job Description

• Assist in / prepare project briefing, project financial analysis, market research reports, presentations, recommendations and business proposals to the Management for decision making and to the external parties such as potential investors and strategic partners
• Identify suitable investment targets / assets and investment lead to fulfil assigned targets
• Build up networking and identify business partners domestically and internationally
• Prepare investment papers, perform financial feasibility studies and board papers
• Structure deals, business objective, corporate structure for the business venture
• Supervise due diligence and international business regulations and laws
• Understand domestic and international business regulations and laws

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or recognized professional qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience
• Having the networking base with potential investors and strategic partners and contacts with Government Authorities
• Good financial and management accounting knowledge
• Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and presentation
• Work independently and resourceful
• Integrity with social skills and flexible in attitude towards work assignments and adaptability
