Job Description

• Monitoring and maintaining software applications and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company 
• Manage third party vendors
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments
• Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
• Manage internal/external application upgrades
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Install and accredit solutions and manage changes
• Manage third-party services
• Educate and train users, act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

Job Requirements

• Possess tertiary qualifications in IT related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial application support roles
• Working experience in KeyPoints Application support environment will be an added advantage
• Language: English & Malay

  • Strong analytical skill
  • Good Communication skill

• Location: Queen’s Avenue, Kuala Lumpur
• Salary Range: RM4,000
• Preferred Gender; Male
