Job Description

• Acting as the trusted point of contact to the Director and in charge for all internal & external parties, and dealing appropriately with correspondence, representing the Director as and when required
• Undertake project work and administration to support ongoing business development and group communications
• Scope of work include meeting business owners, interior designers, architects, and building contractors for products presentation, specification and sales negotiation
• Handle sales inquiries, to provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications to customers based on their needs.
• To conclude deal by providing product/technical knowledge, follow up and services to relevant parties

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/ Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years related working experience 
• Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage as required to liaise with China stakeholders
• Preferable possess good knowledge in properties development/ interiors design/ project management
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage team and work with people from all levels
• Strong integrity, commitment and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels and ability to work under pressure
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good writing skills, organization skills, and computer skills (MS Office Applications)
• Good social skills with approachable personality
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, with good attention to details
• Able to multitask, travel and should have own transportation
• Product training will be provided
• Job Type: Full-time 
• Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM4,500.00 per month 
• Extra benefits: Commission + Allowances + Mileage
