Job Description

Job Descriptions: 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions 
  • To process monthly payroll accurately 
  • Responsible for day today administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. 
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems and inquiries. 
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when require 
 


Job Requirements

Job requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in payroll processing and submission of statutory records would be great. 
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. 
  • Full-Time position(s) available. 
  • Diligent, detailed and willing to try and learn new ways of doing things 
  • Ability to converse in any Chinese dialect would be an added advantage
