Job Description

  • Partial / Full set of accounts 
  • Process payments and handle monthly disbursement of staff
  • Process sales invoices/ delivery notes/ receipts
  • Prepare payment vouchers/ journal vouchers/ bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of various reports and analysis
  • Assist superior in various aspects of month end closing activities and any ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, approved accounting standards

Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Good command of written & spoken English 
  • Preferred mandarin speaking candidates
  • Knowledge of SAP or MYOB system would be an added advantage
  • Must be meticulous with good analytical skills
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
