Job Description

• Work with the sales, business and/or project team to conceptualise, design and produce websites and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the team and our clients to discover and define their website problems
• Identify and understand the technical and business constraints behind every website, and be able to design with these considerations
• Leverage design thinking methodologies to help clients design website that's not just beautiful, but also meaningful, effective and impactful
• Illustrate website design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
• Plan and facilitate website design workshops with clients to inspire new ideas and solutions that will help with business alignment
• Collaborate with the visual team to define the overall aesthetics and visual styles for the website
• Collaborate with the copy team to define the overall tone of voice and copy direction
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the website should work and look like
• To work with the development team for your own website projects

• You are excited by website design and the notion of being involved in designing for different industries, platforms and types of projects

Job Requirements

• Experience with the website design process from idea sketching, gathering content, researching trend and layout, designing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
• Experience with either Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD. Our tool of choice is Figma for a variety of reasons. If you think there's a better tool out there, try to convince us!
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with developing and executing a product's strategy and vision.
• (Bonus) Familiar with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• (Bonus) Familiar with Wordpress (DIVI or Elementor) or Webflow web builders
