Job Description

Core responsibilities include:
  • Acting as first level of support for our financial risk software/products to financial institutions
  • Troubleshooting issue(s) raised by our customer or software issues to resolution
  • Gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer concerns
  • Answers general tier one questions related to product(s) or service(s)
  • Collaborate with Development team on problem use cases
  • Create new reports/modify existing report if any to manage case backlog or common trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, warm, empathetic, level-headed and composed
  • Flexible and adaptable to quick-changing environment(s)
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments
  • Manage day to day internal IT requirements and request; i.e – hardware & maintenance.

Job Requirements

·     BS degree in Information Sciences, OR BS degree in related field with 3+ years direct IT experience.
·       Three years of preferred experience in information systems, including experience with supporting software applications, interface engine integration or other outreach systems preferred 
·       Report writing experience & demonstrated ability to learn report-writing and query languages.
·       Requires strong organisational and problem solving skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other department members, system users, and clients.
