Job Description

• Ensuring the compliance with the requirements of NIOSH/ DOSH/ DOE/ JKKP/ BOMBA;
• Advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the employer and the workers;
• Lead the Safety & Health committee on a periodical manner;
• Conduct safety induction and safety briefing to employees & employer;
• Coordinate all health and safety training programs for employees and employer;
• Encourage safety consciousness throughout the organization;
• Keep abreast with the new development in the field of accident prevention, personal protective equipment and emergency response procedures;
• Organize and coordinate the safety committee meeting, record-keeping on industrial accident, investigation and prevention;
• Coordinate actions taken by Supervisors to eliminate accident causes;
• In charge of environmental management @ waste treatment matters;

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HSE/Civil/Environmental Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably from the Manufacturing Industry
• Required: Registered officer with DOSH/ NIOSH/ JKKP with Green Book Holder or practitioner
• Willing to work in a factory environment
• Required language: English and Bahasa Melayu
• Communication skills ; Interpersonal skills 
• Independent, self-motivated  and  has good analytical skills
