Job Description

• Implement process improvements and initiatives in ensuring efficient factory operations;
• To evaluate processes by designing & conducting research, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling & materials;
• To improve production’s methodologies to obtain better quality and production yield;
• Develops, analyzes and review Bill of Material (BOM) listing and its related functional activities;
• Provide on-going support to capital production personnel during the detailed design phase, construction, testing and release;
• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished products and process capabilities; establishing standards; conforming manufacturing processes.
• Understand units’ operations, process equipment’s and technology;
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Solid Works leads to design & development activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering 
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as production engineer (preferably from the Manufacturing Industry) 
• Able to understand engineering drawings and use related software programs – AutoCAD/Solid Works
• Willing to work in a factory environment
• Required language: English and Bahasa Melayu
• Independent, self-motivated  and  has good analytical skills
