Job Description
1. Able to meet client to determine requirement, needs, present idea & close deal.
2. Able to prepare project quotation.
3. Able to lead team and arrange design work, present ideas and produce construction drawings
4. Able to handle a design project and serve client independently from the beginning to handover a project.
5. Able to arrange and coordinate meeting with all relevant parties to resolve all the design matters.
6. Able to plan, arrange, control & manipulate a progress of a project .
7. Plan & manage project include coordinating sub-contractor, control of renovation and interior design works.
8. Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications.
9. Report work schedule & progress to top management related to design finalization.
Job Requirements
1. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
3. Important note:
- Managed and dealt before with clients.
- Managed before project cost preparation & close deal
- Managed before project from beginning to handove
- Managed before residential project eg. bungalow level, high-end condo, Semi-D
4. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Candidate with fluent in mandarin/ Cantonese is added advantage.
6. Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, Draft sight, Sketch up, MS Office, MS Powerpoint,
7. High sense of responsibility & collaboratively in team- oriented environment.
8. Prolems - solver & Good attitude.
9. Site experience is essential.
10. Excellent time management & multitasking skills.
11. Able to start work immediately.
