About The Job

This is a 100% sales role for 100% sales people! 

Your goal is to find, attract and place the needed candidates with highest possible speed and quality execution.

You career will develop as follows:
  1. Candidate sourcing & management (you start here)
  2. Closing business with clients (depending on your achievements, you can get into this within 6-12 months)
  3. Leadership (once you have mastered 1&2, you will have the chance to build a team)

This includes lots of research, emails, messages, phone calls, acquiring and recording information on the respective CRM systems, negotiation, planning activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders. 

We have been doing all of this extremely well for years so you do not need to know how to do it, you just need to put the learning effort consistently and the results will follow soon enough.

Job Responsibilities

Phase 1 (probation period / until proven ready for phase 2)
  1. Build, follow and constantly improve personal action plans/strategies for achieving the highest possible results (under the guidance of our leadership team)
  2. Learn/prove skills in using a variety of platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Manatal, Google Suite and multiple communication platforms) and techniques to source high-quality candidates for given job vacancies with maximum speed
  3. Conduct phone interviews with potentially matching candidates to pitch them on specific opportunities and to build as accurate as possible profile of those candidates (following the standard formats given during induction programs and ongoing trainings)
  4. Assess & manage candidates on their motivation, skill set, expectations
  5. Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
  6. Collect documentation needed for the process
  7. Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  8. Be responsible for the candidates' cooperation throughout the whole process of recruitment 
  9. Keep diligent records about activities and candidates within the systems used by our teams (CRM, calendars, google apps, communication platforms, etc)
  10. KPIs: 
  11. Revenue
  12. Productivity (full profiles generated)
  13. Quality (Conversion rates)
  14. Speed

Phase 2 (after proving that you are capable of delivering almost any type of technology / digital talent from different seniority levels)
  1. Find, engage and secure new clients (negotiate terms and support them through their hiring needs) - take full responsibility of delivering high-quality service to the clients that you bring in by leading all communications
  2. Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and on-boarding process 
  3. Grow the business relationship (volume of jobs & revenue per month) with existing clients
  4. Manage resources - Delegate workload given by the client to the candidate sourcing teams and be the leader in delivering high-quality candidates

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Proactive / live hungry attitude

  • Fluent English language - Use of language (vocabulary, grammar)

Desirable skills / background:

  1. Experience in sales/ recruitment/ start-up business
  2. International exposure (education / work)
  3. Strong capabilities in Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Gmail, Slides)
  4. Had any experience in leading (even small size) team
  5. 500+ connections on LinkedIn
