Job Description

• Responsible for building network with reputable retailers, department stores, clients etc.
• Identify leads and prospective clients to develop new markets, business opportunities and market segments
• Prepare sales proposals to potential clients
• Responsible in achieving monthly sales targets and goals effective sales strategies
• Responsible to promote major products to prospective clients
• Prepare weekly sales visit report and monthly sales report
• Carry out product demonstration and training to clients, retailers etc.
• Carry out general sales admin works such as preparing sales quotations, collection of payments etc.
• Set-up Company booths at baby expos, fairs and roadshows
• Assist the team to pack up after the baby expo, fairs and roadshows
• Monitor, understand and report clients' needs and possible market trends
• Maintain high level of professional service standards
• Identify the needs of clients and ensure their needs are met through the purchase of products
• Attend to clients on product inquiries
  
  

Job Requirements

• Work Experience 5 years and above, preference in Sales position 
• Prior sales experience in B2B would be an advantage
• Strong attention to details and Creative
• Highly Responsible, Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill
• Resilient & Trustworthy
• Self Motivated & Well Adapted to new environment
• Speak Well in English, Malay and/or Mandarin
• Good Writing Skills
• Possess Commercial Awareness
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
