Job Description

• In charge of the overall strategic planning, budgeting and managing marketing campaigns to boost our company’s brand, products, and services across multiple platforms
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Plan and manage our social media platforms
• Monitor and identify important metrics that affect our website traffic, search rankings and target audience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Evaluate and prepare accurate reports on campaign results and performance across major search platforms
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for all the marketing campaigns
• Identify the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to conceptualise and execute marketing strategies to engage with our customers/partners
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
• Coordinate and work closely with Content Management & Creative teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth ideas to boost marketing results
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields (i.e Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent 
• Preferably with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing, media and/or advertising related field
• Has a solid knowledge and great understanding of website analytics, web/media tracking, social media platforms and email marketing
• Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc) and has a keen eye for numbers and data
• In tune and up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies and best practices in digital marketing
• Excellent networking skills, interpersonal skills, including people management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in multiple languages will be a bonus - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
