The key Job Scopes for our Partnership - Vendor/User Management Executive role are:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and customers to increase business revenue through online and offline collaboration
  • Maintain existing partners’ accounts and establishes new partnerships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales partners
  • Deliver a high level of service to our partners including the execution of contractual deliverables, vendor satisfaction, relationship building, and providing timely post-event/promotional campaign reports
  • Ensure to track, analyse, report and evaluate vendor’s performance and their events/campaigns efficiency  on a regular basis
  • Conduct and implement market research plan including in-depth analysis to develop valuable customer insights that inform marketing decisions 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields, preferably with e-commerce and/or marketing & management background
  • Preferably with a minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce business or any online retail stores, partnership, marketing and/or management
  • Excellent networking skills, interpersonal skills, including people management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in multiple languages - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel and must possess own transport
