Job Description
- Responsible and manage full set account including account receivables (AR), account payable (AP) general ledger (GL) and etc.
- Responsible and manage the account receivable collection and control the cost and expenses of the company ensuring the positive net cash flow and efficient and effective use of company’s resources.
- Ensure input of SST/GST are accounted for accurately in accordance to the country’s regulations.
- Responsible for the preparation of the statutory financial statements, management accounts and operational reports of the company.
- Understand the overall group operations, manage day-to-day finance transactions, and recommend solutions when issue arises.
- Review financial and legal documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
- Work closely with the auditors, company secretaries and tax agents to ensure that the company’s corporate and statutory matters are in order and compliant with the relevant law and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and management abilities to build consensus and lead growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Possess / pursuing Professional Paper such as ACCA or more will be added advantaged.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Experienced in Audit, Financial reporting, Cost management, Corporate tax and SST will be added advantaged.
- Able to commit and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
