Job Description

• Answer and follow-up prospects’ inquiries towards JaGaCount
• Assist business development team to close deals with interested prospects
• Manage clients’ roll-out and setup JaGaCount accordingly
• Assist clients to manage accounting data, generate invoice, billing, payment, account data and financial statement report 
• Support and manage any incoming clients’ queries/feedbacks/complaints
• Develop and improve JaGaCount to create more value to clients
• Ensure completeness, on-time, accurate billing and collection from clients 
• Monitoring performance, review and ensuring good follow up on all planned matters
• To represent company in a positive and professional manner. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. 
• 1-3 year(s) of experience working in Property Management Company [PMC] is preferred.
• Experienced in Audit, Financial reporting, Cost management, Corporate tax and SST will be added advantages. 
• Able to handle client’s product enquiries and perform under minimal supervision. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill with demonstrable interpersonal skills and strong product presentation capability.
• Languages Required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
