Job Description

The key Job Scopes for our Client Support Executive role are:
 
  • To engage with clients constantly and maintain good relationships with clients. Engagement metrics include usage rate, termination rate, etc.
  • Report technical issues to the tech team and follow up internally. Constantly update clients on the statuses of issues.
  • To assist clients on operational issues and consult clients on best practices of utilising.
  • Attend committee meetings on site to provide insights on system’s usage and recommendations of best practices.
  • To ensure the internal database is maintained and updated regularly.
  • Promote JaGaSolution suite of products and services to existing clients.
  • Any additional tasks or projects assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated ‘hustle’ mentality are welcome to apply).
  • With tertiary education qualification.
  • Candidate should be independent, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Google Slide is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Tamil will be added advantages.
  • Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
