About The Job

The key Job Scopes for our Business Development Executive role are:
  • To expand the company’s portfolio by identifying and acquiring new accounts
  • Pitch company services to prospects to all the industry experts (i.e Property/Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies etc)
  • Prepare business proposals for potential leads or clients
  • Build and establish a good business relationship with all our client and partners
  • To work closely with our Operations team for execution plans and assist in community's events/campaigns

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 5 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated ‘hustle’ mentality are welcome to apply)
  • With Tertiary education qualification
  • Candidate should be independent, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in multiple languages - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel and must possess own transport
  • Basic salary + Allowance + Attractive commission
