Job Description

The key Job Scopes for our Business Development Executive role are:
      
  • Develop contact with potential and existing clients by in-person cold calling, tele-cold calling and/or scheduling meetings in person
  • To develop in-depth knowledge of our company’s offerings to identify profitable opportunities
  • Pitch company services to prospects of all industry experts (i.e., Property/ Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies, Property Developers, etc)
  • To provide consultations and solutions by identifying client’s specific needs
  • Build a strong sales funnel and hit sales KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of working experience (Fresh Graduates with a self-motivated “hustle” mentality are welcome to apply)
  • With Tertiary education qualification
  • Excellent networking skills, interpersonal skills, including people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in multiple languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
  • Willing to travel and must possess own means of transportation
