Job Description

• Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operation and responsible for overall  performance.
• Analyze and make recommendation in any business growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
• Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Provide expert e-commerce guidance and strategic planning to help grow company owned products
• To lead overall operation of a team more than 100 pax, oversee day to day operation and foster the teamwork culture within the workforce
• To act as the primary spokeperson of the company in both internal & external functions, including training, seminar, brand presentation etc.
• Provide inspired leadership company-wide
• To provide rich resources in terms of networking, Supplier, Marketing Channel, counterpart, strategic partners etc. in company related field (E-commerce, Digital Marketing)

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of working experience, prioritize in E-commerce, Digital Marketing related operational / sales & marketing related positions
• Educational level is not compulsory, but it’s an advantage
• Expert knowledge in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Team leadership
• Experience in handling workforce with more than 100 pax
• Excellent communications skill and interpersonal skills, to both internal and external personnel
• Good command of all three languages: Mandarin, English, Malay
• Good problem-solving skill, able to address any issue and seek out the best solution for the situation
• Able to provide rich resources in networking, Supplier, Marketing Channel, Sales Representatives, Counterpart, Strategic partners etc. in company related field (E-commerce, Digital Marketing)
• Expert presentation & public speaking skill, able to conduct talks, seminar, training, sales talk etc.
• Location: Base in Johor Bahru , but expected to travel and work frequently within Malaysia
