Job Description

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with sales team members to develop visuals and textual elements of projects.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, to increase company and brand awareness.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Prepare online and promotional emails, WhatsApp blast and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Testing and improving the design of the website. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designs & develop all multimedia pieces for use on website & related visuals (EDMS, Web Banners, digital ads, social media networks etc)
• Designing visual imagery for websites/projects and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Designing sample pages including colours and fonts.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Designing websites and optimizing for web and mobile views. Added value if you’re familiar designing E-commerce sites.
• Able to create and amend creative content using graphic design software.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
3. Possess very strong creative skills on UI/UX. Good sense of layout, typography and colour harmony.
4. Understanding of RWD, and mobile web design.
5. Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
6. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
7. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
8. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
9. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Energetic and is able to multi-task.
12. Social media savvy
13. Be flexible in creative/design approach while maintaining commercial requirements and guidelines.
14. Good command of written/spoken English. Ability to write creative rationale will be an added advantage but not a requisite
