Job Description

• Implement project marketing, planning and sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations and seminars to potential prospects.
• Review, report and monitor project pipeline and sales budget.
• Liaise with consultants, specifiers, contractors, end users and government agencies.
• Develop and maintain contact with consultants and architect to meet sales target.
• Supervise installations.
• Organize and/or supervise testing and commissioning of completed acoustic projects.
• Attend kick-off and site meetings with Client, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
• Assist to handle and resolve all project development and site management issue with Project Managers, Main Contractors, Supplier, Client and internal department.
• Assist to plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and execute project management to ensure full conformance with design specification.
• Schedule deliveries of material and labour requests and follow through till completion of project.
• Track, review and provide feedback to operation team and submit progress report of project to management on a timely basis.
• Assist in handover of completed project to Client.
• To coordinate and monitor all infrastructural works carried out and material used are strictly in accordance to specification and required standard.
• To draw construction drawing and specification (infrastructure) and method statement to avoid any discrepancies.
• Liaise with stake holders and local authorities for infrastructure related matters and requirements.
• To undertake ad-hoc assignment allocated by superior.
• Provide consultation to customers on product selection and interior design to help them visualize and materialize their ideas.
• Serves retail dealers.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Experiences in acoustic solution
• Fresh graduate who interested in acoustic industry and keen on project management are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, computer literate and possess good analytical skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
