Job Description

• Assist in the sales and marketing aspect of works 
• Assist in the issuance of job sheets, monitoring, follow up & arrangement of installation schedule. 
• Assist in preparing of quotation, invoices & delivery orders Arrangement of entry pass & obtain approval from dept stores for installation.
•  Responsible for handling incoming calls & job orders via emailed Critical and Administrative duties such as filing and typing.
• Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably candidates with SPM/ STPM / Certificate or equivalent & certificate in Accounting would be an added advantage with minimum 1 or 2 years working experience 
2. Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer) 
3. Able to interact with multiple levels of management and customers & effectively meet deadlines. 
4. Independent and quick learner. Able to work independently and self-motivated. 
5. Candidates able to start work immediately are encourage to apply
6. Proficient in English and BM and able to converse in Chinese dialect is an added advantage 
7. Possess own transport. 
8. Pleasant personality, positive attitude & initiative to learn Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
