Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with project manager, designers, system analyst and chief programmer to develop required web based application(s).
• Review program specifications, input data and output requirements.
• Contribute by accomplishing assigned tasks and meeting project requirements and deadlines. 
• Attend team meetings and proactively suggest enhancement over work flow, progression and solutions. 
• Perform thorough unit testing to ensure the developed system meets the compliance standards set by the company. 
• Proactively involved in application system design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance and support. 
• Review and enhance the existing systems from time to time in the aspect of system efficiency, scalability, security, as well as database administration and optimizations. 
• Integrate with third party systems through the means of API as needed. 
• Develop and maintain web services including documentations. 
•  Provide technical support to users on system related enquiries. 
  
  

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 2 year of experience in programming or related field. 
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
• Strong analytical and logical skills. 
• Possess the advance knowledge in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, REST API, SOAP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS. 
• Understanding of MVC design and implementation patterns. 
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming. 
• Experience in Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, Linux, Apache, Perl, Shell Scripting, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), micro services, NoSQL will be an added advantage. 
• Positive working attitude and a team player. 
• Fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines. 
• Self-motivated, highly committed, initiative and results ­oriented.
