Job Description

• Work with business analyst and/or customer to understand and ensures all project elements have been captured fully and accurately. 
• Ownership of Business Requirement Document (BRD) and joint ownership of Functional Specification Design (FSD) with assigned System Analyst or Solution Architect. 
• Maintain a collaborated project calendar, whereby all events and key dates are mapped out, delivered efficiently and within budget. 
• Organize weekly project meetings with various different teams; capturing and documenting minutes of meeting. 
• Present project milestones, deliverables, task updates to internal teams and stakeholders. 
• Coordinate and follow up with other departments on task update - along the understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). 
• Assist and provide additional support to the project manager or project director. 

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, management or related field.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing/Management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding use of project management tools like Gantt Chart, Timesheet, Task and Issue Tracker.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and team members.
•  Effective in handling multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive working attitude and a team player.
•  Fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, highly committed, initiative and results oriented.
• Well-spoken and written in Chinese is an added advantage.
