Job Description
As a Senior Digital Media Executive, you'll be responsible for managing all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital media strategies/plans – responsible for setting up, optimizing and managing digital media buys.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Work closely with various teams, such as social, creative, UX and business to drive media strategies, tactics, and targeting for media plans.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to drive performance and achieve KPI's.
- Apply analytical skills, to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and forecasted outcomes/implications into insightful campaign/scheduled reports.
- Stay curious and continuously research the media industry to stay at the forefront.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of the digital media buying experience.
- Experience buying programmatic display, paid social, or PPC media.
- Fluency in ad tech and media programs such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), DoubleClick Search, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Adwords, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape.
- Ability to analyze large data sets of various types (media, social, etc), exposure to data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama, etc) and proficiency in Excel is a plus.
