Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts in an operational level and to develop an understanding and positive relationships with clients 
• Be the main point of contact and adviser for the team, work closely with the sales, strategy and community team to maximise campaign performance and ensure all campaign’s expectations are aligned
• Evaluate and consult on leads’ profitability(budgeting)
• Key project manager for all campaign executions - liaise and manage client’s expectation while aligning with internal team’s efforts
• Keeping track of campaign progress on an on-going basis while aligning with campaign’s objectives
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner 
• Generate and deliver post-campaign reports to clients
• Able to work on cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities under a fast paced environment  
• Suggest, modify strategies from time to time before/ during campaign, with approval from clients

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Any field
• Experience and familiar with advertising / marketing / digital industry added advantage. Junior and Senior positions will be considered 
• Possesses own transport
• Fluency in English a must (spoken & written); Mandarin, Cantonese & Bahasa (spoken) an added advantage 
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence 
• Capable to handle multiple concurrent tasks and able to work under tight deadlines
• Time management Problem solving skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel
• Have a basic understanding of Social Media algorithm and features (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
