•  In charge of delivering user and business account growth
• Break down overall marketing and business targets and drive execution 
•  Constantly process improve with product
• Maintain, update & execute our social media strategy to ensure its effectiveness. Encourage adoption of relevant social media techniques and best practices to improve our brand presence.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is ahead of the industry developments.
• Promote company’s services in the digital space.
• Directing, producing, and managing content creation, traffic generation and conversion on all social media platform and website. 
• Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring engagement and customer acquisition through various email marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain analytics reports on social media and email marketing performance
• Strategizing, planning, and executing all digital marketing / digital advertising activities (85%+ on Facebook).We anticipate you spending 80%+ of your time primarily on Facebook, tweaking and optimizing on a daily basis
• Creation and development of audiences in target markets
• Attend networking events if needed

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience including covering digital marketing or similar to this role.  
• Display ability effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Experienced in media buy(facebook ad buy)
• Excellent communication skills with multilevel stakeholder management experience. 
• Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia
