Job Description

• Manage campaigns (communicate campaign brief/details to influencers, schedule postings, QC influencer postings)
• Liaise and manage clients’ & influencers’ expectations
• Develop, build and maintain media and influencer contact base, and keeping close in contact them to create continued awareness on the Ittify app and brand.
• Handle last minute campaigns and mitigate the issue of unexpected hurdles, have a level head to mitigate issues
• Reach out and engage with bloggers, influencers on regular basis, via phone calls, email, messenger services, face to face 
• Build the reputation of the brands and clients our agency represents – maintaining high level of engagement among the consumers, followers  
• Monitoring media, influencers, blogs, trends, trending stories, content which clients could leverage on 
• Working with clients, keeping them up to date on the progress
• Suggest, modify strategies from time to time, with approval from clients 
• Executing, supervising, overseeing the clients’ agreed projects 
• Carry out the implementations of client’s projects from conceptualisation, finding the right partners to work with to event management 
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Any field
• Experience and familiar with advertising / marketing / digital industry added advantage
• Possesses own transport
• Fluency in English a must (spoken & written); Mandarin, Cantonese & Bahasa (spoken) an added advantage 
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence 
• An independent, proactive and effective player under pressure 
• Literacy in Microsoft Office
