Job Description
- To brainstorm, generate, and release content on each of a given company's social media accounts by creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- To work with different divisions to develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- To monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- To analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- To optimise content for publication at optimal times.
- To monitor users' engagement and feedback on every post.
- To analyse and report on the effects of publications, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- To maintain a secure database of all login credentials.
- To explore the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Social Media with minimum 3 years and above of relevant experience in food industry.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting & Content Creation
- Ability to do proofreading and editing.
- Experience in preparing marketing analysis report and drive assigned product portfolio.
- Good communication, presentation and customer Service Skills.
- Hardworking, aggressive and well-organized; methodical and logical.
