Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Attend to clients/ customers enquires, request, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Interact and provide accurate information related to our services to clients/ customers.
- Ensure all tickets are properly followed-up, responded and resolved on a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments in relation to client relations activities.
- Provide high quality of services and maintain positive relationship with our clients/ customers.
- To perform any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Looking for someone who are?
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Professional Degree in related fields.
- Passionate about Customer Service.
- Good command of English & Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply!
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills, fast-learner, and good sense of teamwork.
