Job Description

• Prepare and handle full set of accounts, ie. Balance sheet, Income statement, Trial balance, Full set of general ledgers, P& L
• Streamlining, formulating and controlling the human resource policies, procedures, manuals and to handle all employee-related matters
• Account Receivables follow up
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare manpower requirements, assist in the conduct of job analysis, manage recruitment  and assessment on placement
• Assist in the annual performance review of staff
• Staff Retention Plan

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Those without formal qualifications but with essential experience are welcomed to apply
2. Minimum 5 years experience
3. Must have hands on knowledge on all aspects of Accounting, Finance, HR functions, Payroll and compliance with related statutory bodies.
4. English proficiency is a pre-requisite.
5. Strong analytical skills & ability to diagnose and resolve matters expediently
6. Strong office administration capability
7. Establishing good teamwork between finance & operational team
