About The Job

  • Discover potential customer and record client inquiry in formal documentation.
  • Contact potential customer to arrange for an appointment.
  • Study customer requirements and conduct demo appropriately to present how these needs could be met by software service.
  • Quote and negotiate the prices and terms of a sales agreement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure delivery of software, hardware and services.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and resolve customers' concerns and problems.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned such as update superior on daily appointments and follow up status on new leads.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions and society events.
  • Attend company and team meeting and briefing for developing sales strategy and plans to increase number of opportunity and achievement.
  • Monitor competitor's activities and competitor’s products.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
  • Have self-improvement in sales negotiation and closing skill.
  • Responsible to collect payment from customers after implementation completed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales.  Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies/ Business Studies/ Administration /Management fields or its equivalent.
  • Candidate with past and/or current working experience in Software Sales is an added advantage
  • Good selling technique & presentation skill.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Good communication skills in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin Language.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work as a team and independently.
  • Possess own transport.
