Job Description
- Generate monthly Financial Reports to Management. (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance Report).
- Prepare Cash Flow Report to Management.
- Responsible to prepare Company’s Profit & Loss Forecast Report.
- Maintain monthly Fixed Assets Schedule.
- Update Departmental Expenses. (Operation, Marketing, Biz Development & etc).
- Responsible to prepare Journal Entries in Accounting Software.
- Verify monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Verify all Payment Voucher transaction code in Accounting Software.
- Verify Monthly stock take report & inventory adjustment.
- Responsible for SST filing documentation & submission.
- Responsible to submit quarterly MSC Reporting, Score Plus Survey & Report.
- Liaise with Company Auditor, Secretary, Tax Agent and ISO Agent.
- Prepare Taxation Report for Tax Filing.
- Create new item code in POS & Quotation System & responsible to notify relevant parties on product price increase.
- Responsible for Shareholder dividend payout, transfer of share and all relevant issues.
- Liaise with Banker (Term Loan, Fixed Deposit, Current Account, etc).
- Responsible to apply Credit Facilities with Vendor & negotiate the credit terms.
- Responsible to submit Exhibition Grant to MATRADE.
- Research and apply for Sponsorship and Grant from MSC and Government sector.
- Liaise to Landlord & Insurance agency on Tenancy Agreement, Fire Insurance & Public Liabilities & etc.
- Handle Internal & External Cover Letter for application and etc.
- Responsible for Trade Mark Application.
- To tabulate, check and generate reports on commission/incentive calculation on a monthly basis.
- Supervise 1 accounts staff and 2 admin staff.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting
- At least more than 3 years of working experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Meticulous, resourceful and reliable.
- Able to work under pressure environment.
