About The Job

  • Answer incoming call from customers, dealers and colleagues. 
  • Provide technical assistance through phone, email or remote access. 
  • Log case in the system. 
  • Reply questions from dealer at FB Dealer Group. 
  • Provide training to IRS employees and dealers. 
  • Monitor customer’s support maintenance, require to send reminder & quotation before maintenance contract expired 
  • Test on new version / product before release to customers. 
  • Record system bugs and report to R&D personnel. 
  • Able to conduct Mandarin would be a huge advantage to liaise with clients. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences.  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Knowledge in Windows application, etc. system backup, antivirus software, remote software. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Networking and experience in PC troubleshooting.
  • Good presentation skill. 
  • Able to interact with people at all levels. 
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels. 
  • Able to work under pressure environment. 
  • Will be required to be standby during public holidays, Off Days and Sunday/Rest Day and also may be required to work overtime, as approved by the management.
