Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls or enquiries from customers and IRS employees.
  • Provide technical assistance and follow-ups through phone, email or remote access.
  • Log-in cases in the required system.
  • Provide training to IRS employees and customers.
  • Monitor customer’s maintenance contract and require to send reminder and quotation before maintenance contract expires.
  • Test on new versions of software before release to customers.
  • Record system bugs and report to R&D department.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experiences in IT Support and Customer Service.  Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in Windows application, system backup, antivirus software and remote software.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Networking and experience in PC troubleshooting.
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Good communication skills in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.  Able to converse in Mandarin Language is an added advantage.
  • Good customer service skills.  
  • Able to work under pressure environment.
  • Willing to work on standby as and when required.
