Responsibility
- We want someone who can speak Mandarin fluently!
- 作为中介与发展商的沟通桥梁并处理项目买卖与销售程序 Liaise and handle agents & developers on projects and selling procedures
- 发发票给发展商以收取佣金 Invoicing to developer on commission
- 协助中介解决顾客问题 Assist agents in solving customers’ issues
- 安排并出席项目简报 Arrange project briefing
- 负责撰写项目SOP以及预定的条件 Project SOP & booking matters
- 更新与报告销售成绩 Sales reporting and updating
- 愿意加班 Willing to work after working hours
- 愿意周末上班解决中介的问题 Willing to work on weekend to pick up calls from agents (10am to 10pm)
