Job Description

• Understand project requirements from Project Managers and develop wireframes concepts 
• Work with different departments to identify key challenges when developing wireframes to better suit their needs 
• Build, test and finalize prototypes from concepts before the development phase 
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) 
• Continuously develop and evolve design guidelines based on company branding to maintain UI consistency 

Job Requirements

• Ability to adapt existing brand guidelines into all our products
• Proven experience as a Web or UI Designer with the portfolio to showcase 
• Understanding multiple layouts and design principles 
• Intermediate skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and at least one prototyping tool (Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision etc) 
• Familiarity with designing for multiple device types (desktop and mobile) 
• Capable of presenting completed work with clarity and proper reasoning 
• Capable to take initiative and be innovative 
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude 
• Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Basic understanding of web languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) is a plus
