About The Job

We're a tight knit team dedicated to making sure that doctors can offer medical products (ie. crowns, bridges, dentures) to their patients accurately and efficiently. Our (mobile) application  is currently helping  device producers and clinicians on three continents manage orders seamlessly. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team! Our Sales Director  is a strong communicator who loves to solve problems while being part of a transparent, diverse, hardworking and supportive family. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for helping healthcare professionals to digitize their ordering process. Your role is extremely important for our success as we continue to digitize and empower the industry. 

What you will be working on:
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to a group of stakeholders in an organisation
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn how businesses make money and differentiate themselves in the market. Have an appetite for learning all aspects of a company, its business, its partners, and goals so you can build a compelling business case for the critical work you do.
  • Provide excellent coaching to managers and leaders. Know when and how to provide constructive feedback and team effectiveness interventions.

  • You have years of experience in consultancy sales (not hard sales), closing sales deals, especially in the medical or dental field.
  • You have experience selling software, or have worked in a dental laboratory / clinic. You are passionate about software, and how software can digitize healthcare industry. 
  • You have a strong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global, team-oriented environment to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • You demonstrate strong ability of continuous learning, multiple stakeholder management, problem solving, initiative and communication.
  • Your strength is to combine intuition with analytics (ie. CRM) to plan and execute plans.
  • Your track record showcases effective program management skills, case management & negotiation experience as well as customer/client facing capabilities.
  • You have experience in managing a team, provide necessary mentorship and leadership.

By helping dentists and there producers to share order information (3D scans, cloud based order forms, chats, etc.) of crown, bridges (and many more devices) we are at the heart of the current healthcare digitization trend. More importantly, we reduce production error rates for producers and waiting time for clinicians and their patients.
