What you will be working on:
- Build creative, yet effective digital and viral marketing campaigns that scale easily.
- Develop and own the marketing plan / strategy for the business.
- Get to know our customers, using consumer insights to better target quality users through our various marketing activities.
- To maintain and manage the company brand’s social media and website.
- To prepare online images, files and content for website and social media platforms.
- Implement online and digital marketing using SEM, Social Media, email, content marketing, FB Ads, etc. to generate leads across all online platforms.
- A working knowledge of principles in SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Manage, monitor, track, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field
- You have a minimum 2 years in Social Media and Digital Marketing experience.
- You have a data-driven approach to problem solving and demonstrate good visualization and analytical skills.
- You have a creative spirit capable of creating innovative marketing activities that are result-oriented
- You have good understanding on principles of brand identity design (color, imagery, typography, layout)
- You are familiar with design and creation of basic designs
- You are a problem solver who is detailed and user oriented, with the ability to discuss and explain options.
- You have a growth mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a new environment
- You are not afraid to communicate with different stakeholders, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
- If you have experience with B2B platforms in the medical space, that would be amazing!
- You have a data-driven approach to problem solving and demonstrate good visualization and analytical skills.
