If the answer is YES, then we want you!  We're a tight knit team dedicated to making sure that doctors can offer medical devices (ie. crowns, bridges, prostheses) to their patients accurately and efficiently. We combine augmented reality, 3D scanning, and cloud computing to empower device producers and clinicians on three continents. 

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our team! Our Sales Director has several years of experience in dental laboratories and clinics. Is a strong communicator who loves to solve problems while being part of a transparent, diverse, hardworking and supportive family. If you have experienced the fast pace of startups and are eager to grow with us, we should talk!

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for co-drafting strategic sales plans while delivering the best experience to healthcare professionals, which makes your role extremely important for our success as we continue to digitize and empower the industry. What you will be working on:

  • Managing sales operations for an organization or business
  • Assess clients needs and present suitable solutions
  • Present product information and arrange trial sessions
  • Communicate with clients by utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager

Job Requirements

Need to haves:
  • You have experience working in dental clinics or laboratories
  • You have a track record of managing people and drafting strategic (sales) plans
  • Master at sales consultancy, understanding the customers needs and not hard selling
  • You are highly motivated and target driven, don’t mind going all out to help a client.
  • Understanding the importance of balance data and intuition in the sales process

Like to haves:
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in Sales.
  • Experience with sales tools and capable of explaining its role in your sales processes
  • You are a problem solver who is detailed and user oriented, with the ability to discuss and explain options.
  • You have a growth mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a new environment
  • You are not afraid to communicate with different stakeholders, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are not afraid to frequently knock on doors as this is certainly not a desk job! 
  • If you have experience with B2B platforms in the medical space, that would be amazing!

This initially pulled our company into the orthopedics industry and now dental. We heard time after time how producers and clinicians were struggling to keep track of their orders and communications.

By helping dentists and there producers to share order information (3D scans, cloud based order forms, chats, etc.) of crown, bridges (and many more devices) we are at the heart of the current healthcare digitization trend. More importantly, we reduce production error rates for producers and waiting time for clinicians and their patients.
