Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic communicator that our customers love to join our team! Our Customer Success and Support Manager is a strong communicator who loves to solve problems while being part of a transparent, diverse, hardworking and supportive family. If you have experienced the fast pace of startups and are eager to grow with us, we should talk! As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the best post-sales  experience for our new and existing customers, while communicating issues and feedback to our team to perpetually improve our product. This role is extremely important for our success as we continue to digitize and empower the industry. If the above excites you, we can’t wait to hear from you!

What you will be working on:

  • Continuously learn and build product expertise across multiple products and customers.
  • Analyze current product usage and other success indicators and identify specific improvement opportunities for each customer based on their individual success plan.
  • Act as a post-sales single point of contact for new customers and lead them through our extensive customer journey; from onboarding, support, and customer growth.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and champion ideas across internal departments to implement app/process improvement
  • Identify bugs and opportunities in the system through customer interaction, and be able to provide workarounds while project managing a fix that might not happen overnight
  • Have a working understanding of support and CRM software, preferably intercom and Hubspot

  • You have 2-3 years of working experience in the Customer Success/Support area of a startup, practical experience in service management role or similar
  • You have excellent command in English language.
