Job Description

  • Assist in the general sales administration of the sales division for sales order process, updating customer data base and other related administrative functions.
  • To prepare Sales Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice & etc.
  • Communicating with customers and maintaining excellent relationship with customers.
  • Attend to phone orders / enquiries from customers.
  • Attend to customers’ complaints and provide feedback accordingly. 
  • To liaise with internal department as to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • To liaise with suppliers to get updated pricing and monitor delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and able to handle paper works.
