About The Job

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    ● Acquire new sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    ● Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
    ● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    ● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    ● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    ● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
    ● Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
    ● Prepare reports on account status.
    ● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
    ● Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
    ● Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    ● Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
    ● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all necessary levels of the organization.
    ● Experience in delivering B-to-B and client-focused solutions.
    ● Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
    ● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    ● Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
    ● Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
    ● Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
    ● Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
    ● Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes.
    ● Good at Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
    ● BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
