About The Job

  • Develop and manage channels to acquire and maintain affiliate publishers under a network that the company owns
  • Develop and manage longtail affiliate publishers relationship by providing a variety of communication such as one to one support, e-mail magazine, web content update, events, webinar, etc
  • Plan and prepare well-designed promotion banner and corporate merchandise by proper quality and quantity
  • Select vendors to outsource, provide proper instruction, negotiate quotation and deadline and maintain their quality of output. Maintain relationships with existing vendors
  • Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information
  • Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
  • Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services
  • Updating and maintaining Website and social media content
  • Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field
  2. Experience handling a press conference
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to pitch to media
  5. An ability to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks
  6. Communications Skills -  confidence to speak in front of a group of strangers, and doing it with flair and showmanship. Clear, respect, honest, constructive and active listening
  7. Social Media Savvy – Up to date with the current changes by doing research and be able to prepare a good plan to support as well executing it
  8. Relationship-building skills – ensuring people feel close,  and also friendly / comfortably to speak to
  9. Multi-tasking in a high-pressure work environment – Arrange tasks according to priority and able to complete according to the timeline without complaining irrationally
  10. Attention to detail – Can be independent and give personal time to figure out the detail and constantly reviewing and editing content for clients before delivering it
  11. Strategic Thinking - quick thinker will help to improve brand awareness, make a pitch, analyze problems and able to solve it
  12. Presentation Skills – Prepare presentation deck and present it when necessary. Good research and skills need to come together
  13. Event Management Skills – Proposing the event, draft the plan, connect with the partners/stakeholders and execute the event from the beginning till post mortem
  14. Management Skills – handling requests and daily tasks
